Matthew Cook – CEO

As Chief Executive Officer of The SalesForce Group of Companies, Matthew is responsible for strategic and operational leadership of the group. Matthew works closely with The SalesForce Group’s clients and partners to develop strategic initiatives that accelerate growth, create industry best practices and thought leadership.

Cook has 17 years of sales and sales management experience primarily in Financial Services and Staffing industries. Prior to founding The SalesForce Group, Matthew was co-founder of SalesForce Search (a division of the SalesForce Group of Companies), Canada’s premier sales recruitment company. Under his leadership, SalesForce Search grew to be ranked #4 on Profit magazines Hot 50 list in 2010, which ranks the country’s fastest growing companies. From 1996, Matthew won numerous business development awards for building and running a successful investment management practice for BMO Nesbitt Burns and TD Waterhouse which he ultimately sold in 2005. 

He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Marketing from the Michael G. DeGroote School of business at McMaster University.

Charlie Bartlett – President & CMO

As President and Chief Marketing Officer of the SalesForce Group, Charlie's role is to provide strategic marketing, business development and sales force enablement assistance to our clients. 

Over the last 28 years, Charlie Bartlett's experience has spanned a very wide cross section of challenges and has touched virtually all the industry categories including: telecommunications, retail, digital media, financial services, high tech, automotive, fast-food, pharmaceutical, alcohol, entertainment, e*commerce, Green Tech, grocery, and consumer goods.

For the first half of his career, Charlie held senior client management positions with respected and fast growing advertising agencies. During this time, his core competency was demonstrated to be strategic planning, introductions of new products and brand building.

Five years after moving to the world of interactive marketing, Bartlett co-founded Trajectory Business Performance as a frontline sales force performance improvement company deploying online game based, experiential learning and motivation to call centres, VARS, retailers, agents, and authorized distributors. Trajectory's clients range from Fortune 100 to early stage companies. In mid 2006, Charlie and his partners sold Trajectory into Pareto Inc.

In 2007 Bartlett founded Flint Business Acceleration, a transformational catalyst for entrepreneurial organizations which provides outsourced marketing, sales, distribution, and capital. Recognizing the pent up demand for sales outsourcing services targeting international companies, funded emerging ventures and mature sales organizations, Charlie founded SalesForce Outsource which is now part of the SalesForce Group of Companies.

Charlie has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto

Court Post – COO

Court Post joined The SalesForce Group of Companies as Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the overall operations of the Group.  In addition, he oversees the financial operations of the businesses including finance, accounting and risk management. 

Court has over 15 years of senior management experience primarily in the insurance and financial services industries.  Prior to joining The SalesForce Group, Court gained international experience, spending over 10 years working and residing in Bermuda, where he was Vice President of Finance for a Bermuda based insurance company.   In that role he managed the company’s accounting, reporting and treasury functions.
Court began his career in public accounting with BDO Dunwoody and later KPMG where he gained valuable experience in such roles as audit, corporate tax and due diligence.

A graduate of the Michael G. DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, Court is also a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).  He is a member of the Ontario and Canadian Institutes of Chartered Accountants and the CFA Society.

Jim Loran – VP Sales Outsource

Jim leads the SalesForce Outsource Implementation teams.

An experienced senior executive, Jim has delivered high-growth results across a number of industries: Consumer Packaged Goods, Publishing, Pharmaceutical, Health Care, and Food Service. A charismatic leader, his focus on driving sales and profitability is grounded in a pragmatic understanding of the competitive edge delivered by strong relationships - externally with customers; internally with staff.

A fluid thinker and expert team builder, he has provided superior leadership to small companies and to large enterprises during critical transition phases. From strategy to budget to implementation and metrics, he has both built and re-engineered regional, national and international field sales teams.

Driven and intense, he will build the internal culture necessary to sustain enhanced market share.
